WHSC Christmas Showjumping

Join us for a fantastic afternoon of festive fun at Gracelands Equestrian Centre on Sunday 29th November 2026.

Gather your team, dress up in your best Christmas fancy dress and enjoy friendly competition, festive prizes and plenty of Christmas spirit.

Timetable

12:00pm – Course Walk

12:30pm – First Team Starts

70cm – First Round (Individuals)

75/80cm – Second Round (Relay)

Halfway Point – Round Robin Challenge

Halfway through the competition we’ll be taking a break from the horses for our on-foot Round Robin Challenge.

• Adults: Race for a bottle of booze for the winner.

• Under 16s: Two Santa chocolate prizes – one for the fastest girl and one for the fastest boy.

Teams & Entry

• £60 per team

• Teams of 4 riders

• Maximum of 2 riders under 16 per team

• The remaining 2 riders must be aged 15 or over

Booking Policy

Please read before entering.

Entries

• Entry is £60 per team.

• Teams consist of 4 riders.

• A maximum of 2 riders may be under 16 years old.

• The remaining 2 riders must be aged 15 or over.

• Entries are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Team Changes

- Rider substitutions and team changes are permitted up to 48 hours before the event. Please contact the organisers as soon as possible if you need to make a change.

No Refunds

• All entries are non-refundable.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another rider or team (subject to organiser approval) by notifying us before the event.

• If the event has to be postponed due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances, entries will be transferred to the rearranged date and will not be refunded.

On the Day

• Please arrive in plenty of time to park, tack up and join the 12:00pm course walk.

• The first team will start at 12:30pm.

• The organisers reserve the right to amend the timetable if necessary to ensure the safe and smooth running of the event.

Safety

• All riders compete at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring both horse and rider are fit to take part.

• Correctly fitted, current-standard riding hats and appropriate footwear must be worn.

Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for Worcestershire Hunt Supporters Club promotional purposes, including social media and the website.
